Transforming how people manage their health in our community

Proud to serve Sussex and Surrey

As an NHS GP federation, we work with – and listen to – our GP practices, PCNs, hospitals, community organisations and the third sector. These vital partnerships ensure that, together, we deliver a truly integrated approach that offers the support and expertise needed to effectively serve our communities.

  • For members

We’re committed to finding innovative ways in which to support our primary care colleagues, helping them to realise their potential and ultimately deliver the very best in patient care.

  • For patients

While our role centres around supporting our colleagues within primary care, we are also committed to empowering our patients to better manage their health in the community.

  • For primary care

Whether you’re looking to bolster your PCN communications, make your practice finances go further or redress your leadership processes, we have support packages that can fill any gaps in your resources.
