Delivering in our communities

Our outreach team works within the community to provide vaccinations for inclusion health groups across Surrey and Sussex. As part of the autumn vaccination programme, we are offering COVID-19 walk-in vaccination clinics to help improve access to vaccination for local communities.

If you have previously been vaccinated at a vaccination site or within practice, please contact your practice directly who will be able to advise. This includes patients who are housebound or living in care homes. We encourage patients to check the arrangements for their individual practice. 

The autumn COVID-19 vaccination is available to:
  • People aged 75 years and over (including those who turn 75 by 31 January 2027).
  • People aged 18 years and over who are immunosuppressed due to certain medical conditions or treatments.
