Delivering in our communities
Our outreach team works within the community to provide vaccinations for inclusion health groups across Surrey and Sussex.
If you have previously been vaccinated at a vaccination site or within practice, please contact your practice directly who will be able to advise. This includes patients who are housebound or living in care homes. We encourage patients to check the arrangements for their individual practice.
