We’re proud to share that we’ve been shortlisted for the HSJ Award for Most Impactful Project Addressing Health Inequalities.
Our submission, “No Belongings, New Beginnings: Supporting Refugees and Asylum Seekers through Personalised Care,” showcases our collaboration with NHS Sussex and West Sussex County Council to deliver impactful support to a vulnerable and fluctuating population.
Through personalised care, we provide holistic support—from mental health care to social integration—helping individuals rebuild their lives and improve health outcomes.
This recognition reflects the incredible dedication and hard work of everyone involved in tackling health inequalities and delivering compassionate, inclusive care.
