Designed for healthcare professionals involved in direct care, clinical support, or service delivery decision-making, the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training: Tier 2 programme provides a comprehensive learning experience grounded in lived experience. The programme strengthens participants’ ability to communicate effectively, recognise and address barriers to care, and contribute to more inclusive, equitable and effective healthcare services.
These sessions are available to staff working within the Adur, Arun, Chichester, Crawley, Horsham and Mid Sussex ICTs.
