Statement on Modern Slavery and Self-Cleaning (Modern Slavery Act 2015)

Alliance for Better Care CIC confirms that it has not been subject to any convictions, investigations, or allegations relating to offences under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and is not a relevant commercial organisation subject to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

However, we are fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and have proactively implemented measures to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chains. Our organisation conducts regular risk assessments and staff training, has a dedicated Freedom to Speak Up Guardian (FTSUG), Tier 2 Visa sponsorship status, safer recruitment processes and is committed to ongoing quality monitoring and improvement.
