Working in partnership with Public Health England, we are proud to be delivering a dedicated community Smoking Cessation service. This specialist service supports people from Inclusion Health Groups to stop smoking.
Our work is rooted in the NHS Long Term Plan’s focus on prevention, with smoking cessation playing a key role in improving physical and mental health. By helping people to quit smoking, especially those facing barriers to healthcare, we aim to address the root causes of preventable diseases like cancer, heart and lung disease and strokes. This service reflects our shared commitment to building healthier futures for everyone in our communities.
Surrey
Our Equity team are providing weekly outreach clinics for the homeless and Gypsy Roma Traveller (GRT) communities in Surrey, working alongside One You Surrey and Surrey Heartlands and Surrey County Council.
