Our services have broadened significantly during the past few years and we’re always on the look-out for enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated people to join us.

Since 2014, ABC has grown to include a team of more than 40 core staff, who are largely based in our central Horley headquarters.  We have a talented and diverse workforce, who support our services in varying ways. We have more than 100 ARRS roles within our PCNs, as well as hundreds of clinical and administrative staff, both permanent and temporary, across our clinical and community settings. All of these staff, no matter what their roles or location, are united by our ABC Associates programme.

Recently we’ve also played an active part in the government’s Kickstarter scheme, employing three young people (aged 16-24) on a six-month part-time contract while providing work experience, coaching and training.
