Meeting people where they are
We work with people experiencing homelessness to make healthcare more accessible, flexible, and responsive to their needs.
Whether someone is sleeping rough or living in temporary accommodation, we connect individuals with vital services including GP registration, mental health support, substance misuse services, and routine health checks. By meeting people where they are—in hostels, day centres, and on the streets—we break down barriers to care.
We also advocate on behalf of individuals within the healthcare system, supporting continuity of treatment and building trust over time. Where needed, we coordinate with housing providers, local authorities, and community organisations to offer wraparound support that recognises the wider challenges affecting someone’s health.
Through ongoing training and partnership work, we’re equipping healthcare professionals with the tools and insight to engage compassionately and effectively with people experiencing homelessness—working toward better health outcomes and a more inclusive system for all.
