Your safety

Our commitment

We work to ensure that all patients feel safe, supported and cared for while using our services. To protect you, our staff and visitors, we:

  • Offer the right to a chaperone – you can request a trained chaperone for any appointment or examination.
  • Maintain a clean environment – all our sites are regularly cleaned and checked to keep them safe and welcoming.
  • Follow strict infection control – our staff are trained in infection prevention and control, and we follow national NHS standards.
  • Provide extra support if needed – please let us know if you require additional help while on site and we will be happy to support you.
