Basic Life Support (BLS) training is an essential part of ensuring that primary care teams have the knowledge, skills and confidence to respond effectively in an emergency.
With five experienced trainers and training locations in both Haywards Heath and Horley, we provide accessible, high-quality Basic Life Support training for general practice and healthcare teams across Surrey and Sussex.
At Alliance for Better Care, our BLS training is delivered by a team of trainers who understand the primary care environment and the challenges faced by practice teams. Training is designed to be practical, interactive and relevant to the roles undertaken within general practice and community healthcare settings.
Our training
We offer regular training sessions at our Haywards Heath and Horley locations, providing a convenient option for individual learners who need to complete or refresh their training.
For practices, Primary Care Networks and healthcare teams looking to train larger groups of staff, we can also deliver dedicated sessions tailored to your requirements.
Our BLS training provides participants with the opportunity to develop and refresh key life support skills through a combination of learning, discussion and hands-on practice. Training is delivered in a supportive environment, allowing delegates to build confidence in recognising and responding to medical emergencies, while practising techniques that could make a vital difference in a real-life situation.
Upcoming training dates can be found on our Events calendar.
