Oliver McGowan Training – Tier 2: Southwick
For healthcare staff who provide direct care, clinical support, or make critical decisions about service delivery.
This Tier 2 training supports health and care staff to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to provide person-centred care for people with a learning disability and autistic people.
The session is delivered in line with the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training programme and includes opportunities to learn from lived experience, reflect on practice, and improve outcomes for the people you support.
Important
Before attending this session, all delegates must have completed the Oliver McGowan on-demand e-learning. Evidence of completion may be requested prior to the training. Delegates who have not completed the e-learning will not be able to attend.
Attendance Requirements
This is a full-day training programme. Delegates are required to attend the entire session to meet the requirements of the Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training.
Late arrival, early departure, or partial attendance will mean the training cannot be recorded as completed, and a certificate of attendance will not be issued. Please ensure you are able to commit to the full day before booking your place.
