Have your say – Clinical Services

We welcome your service reviews, comments and suggestions to help us improve our services.

We aim to deliver the highest quality of care for our patients and we value your feedback as it helps us to learn how to improve our services and all aspects of the patient experience. If you are a patient of one of our member practices and have used one of our services, we’d love to hear from you.

  • AED Service

This service aims to provide high standard, efficient physical health care that increases the safety of individuals on the waiting list for AED assessment.

  • BP at Home Service

Our Blood Pressure at Home Service helps patients to monitor and manage their blood pressure remotely. Patients are referred by their GP practice and then contacted by ABC to explain the process. Data is either submitted via the Inhealthcare App or via text. Results are then reviewed and inform GPs’ ongoing care plans.

  • Covid at Home Service

Our Covid at Home Service supports Covid positive patients who benefit from ongoing oxygen saturation at home. Patients use the Inhealthcare platform to upload the readings, and we have received positive feedback from patients about the use of this proactive care pathway.

  • Covid Vaccination Service

With over 800,000 Covid-19 Vaccinations given in our various sites, we’re proud of the feedback received so far and would love to hear from anyone we vaccinated at any of our sites, via our roving team who visited homes and care homes and at our community pop up and walk-in clinics. We have provided the vaccination service in the following areas: Caterham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Horley, Horsham, Smallfield, Reigate.

  • Enhanced Access Service

As part of our committment to improve access to primary care, we work with our practices to provide over 200 additional appointments a week outside of regular opening hours.

  • Lipids Optimisation Service

We are currently piloting a service for patients who are on lipids lowering medication. Eligible patients will be offered a review with an ABC Clinical Pharmacist with a view to optimising their medication. Our team works with practices to identify the relevant patient cohort and will then manage all clinical activity thereafter.

  • nMab service

Our team provide Surrey and Sussex-wide delivery of COVID antiviral medication (neutralising monoclonal antibodies) to high-risk patients who have tested positive for Covid-19.

  • Urgent Care at Scale Service

Our uCATs service aims to reduce the demand on practices by providing additional capacity for urgent same-day care via our dedicated GP supervised team.

  • Wound Care Service

Our service is for patients discharged from secondary care who require ongoing wound management and those currently being managed within general practice that meet the criteria for the Supplementary Wound Care Service.
