Have your say – Clinical Services

We welcome your service reviews, comments and suggestions to help us improve our services.

We aim to deliver the highest quality of care for our patients and we value your feedback as it helps us to learn how to improve our services and all aspects of the patient experience. If you are a patient of one of our member practices and have used one of our services, we’d love to hear from you.

  • BP at Home Service

Our Blood Pressure at Home Service helps patients to monitor and manage their blood pressure remotely. Patients are referred by their GP practice and then contacted by ABC to explain the process. Data is either submitted via the Inhealthcare App or via text. Results are then reviewed and inform GPs’ ongoing care plans.

  • Covid at Home Service

Our Covid at Home Service supports Covid positive patients who benefit from ongoing oxygen saturation at home. Patients use the Inhealthcare platform to upload the readings, and we have received positive feedback from patients about the use of this proactive care pathway.

  • Covid Vaccination Service

With over 800,000 Covid-19 Vaccinations given in our various sites, we’re proud of the feedback received so far and would love to hear from anyone we vaccinated at any of our sites, via our roving team who visited homes and care homes and at our community pop up and walk-in clinics. We have provided the vaccination service in the following areas: Caterham, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Horley, Horsham, Smallfield, Reigate.
