A remote service for Surrey patients
In partnership with our East Surrey practices, we are currently piloting a service for patients who are on lipids lowering medication. Eligible patients will be offered a review with an ABC Clinical Pharmacist with a view to optimising their medication. Our team works with practices to identify the relevant patient cohort and will then manage all clinical activity thereafter.
