The Winter 2025 Vaccination Programme.
We encourage patients to check the arrangements for their individual practice. Eligibility criteria is available via the NHS website or by calling 119.
We are providing vaccination appointments at the following practices from 1st October.
Eligible patients registered at these surgeries will receive their invitations via text message or telephone call.
Haywards Heath Villages PCN – patients of the following practices will be vaccinated at their own surgery:
- Cuckfield Medical Practice and The Vale Surgery
- Lindfield Practice
- Northlands Wood Practice
Haywards Heath Central PCN – patients of the following practices will be vaccinated at Dolphins Practice:
- Dolphins Practice
- Newtons Practice
Healthy Horley PCN – patients of the following practices will be vaccinated at Birchwood Medical Practice:
- Birchwood Medical Practice (Modality East Surrey)
- Smallfield Surgery (Modality East Surrey)
- Wayside Surgery
Healthy Horley PCN – patients of the following practices will be vaccinated at Townhill Medical Practice:
- Townhill Medical Practice (Modality East Surrey)
Park and Orchard PCN – patients of the following practices will be vaccinated at their own surgery:
- Orchard Surgery
Regis, Bognor Coastal Alliance & Bognor Community Partnership PCNs:
