Vaccination Sites

Caterham

Caterham Dene Hospital
Church Road, Caterham CR3 5RA

We’ve had various sites in Caterham throughout the programme including Westway Community Centre and Oakhall Church and continue to work in collaboration with North Tandridge Primary Care Network and First Community Health Care to deliver this service.

Crawley

Saxonbrook Medical
Maidenbower Place, Crawley RH10 7QH

Our first site to go live, the Saxonbrook team have since built a dedicated Vaccination Unit situated next to the surgery, ensuring that the practice has additional capacity to safely host the vaccination programme without impacting the main surgery. Our Saxonbrook site was the first 24-hour Vaccination Clinic in the South East and we work in partnership with South Crawley and Crawley Collaborative Primary Care Networks, Crawley Borough Council and Crawley Community Action. There is free parking available on site.

East Grinstead

East Grinstead Rugby Club
The Gearon Pavilion, Saint Hill Rd, East Grinstead, RH19 4JU

Haywards Heath

Clair Hall
Perrymount Road, Haywards Heath RH16 3DN

Clair Hall is currently our biggest site. We work closely with all practices in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill to roll out their vaccination programme and continue to work in partnership with Haywards Heath Central PCN, Haywards Heath Villages PCN, Burgess Hill & Villages PCN and Mid-Sussex District Council. There is free parking available on site.

Horley

Horley Health Hub
120 Victoria Road, Horley RH6 7BL

Birchwood Medical Practice
Kings Road, Horley RH6 7DG

After a period at Centenary Hall in Smallfield, we continue to work in collaboration with Horley Primary Care Network and our Horley and Smallfield practices to provide this service. Our Horley buildings are next to eachother on the same road and we have road signage on the day to direct you to the right building. Due to building works, we advise patients use the Victoria Road pay and display car park across the road.
