We work with our members to provide services ‘at scale’ alongside a range of flexible bespoke packages to meet their needs.
We are focussed on helping all of our members reach their potential and exceed patient expectations. We work collaboratively with Federations in both of the Integrated Care Systems we are part of – Surrey and Sussex. Our Chair and Chief Exec are also part of National Boards provided by NHS Confederation, enabling our members’ views and experience to be shared and influence at a national level.
We use our expertise the represent the needs of our members and assist in their development. Alongside this, we also offer tailored, practical support to help practices manage their Communications, Finances and Strategy. We also provide a Leadership Development Programme to help both GPs and Practice Manager to realise their potential. Members can also benefit from either free or discounted training in core areas for General Practice such as Basic Life Support and COSHH training.
By signing up to our Cost Sharing Agreement all our members can receive these services without the need for us to add VAT.
We’re always looking for new ways in which we can support our practices further so we welcome feedback from our members if they’re seeking additional services to assist with their work.

Buywise Health was founded in 2015 by the GP Federation, Innovations in Primary Care. The mission was to assist its members in purchasing and negotiating collectively. This helped ensure they got the best prices and kept administration, and time spent on sourcing products and services, to an absolute minimum. All ABC Federation members can benefit from reduced prices and all savings are passed directly on to our membership.
